- Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- High level operational / clinical management knowledge and skills in a substance use disorders, that demonstrate an ability to effectively coordinate unit / service activities.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure the human, physical and financial resources of the unit / service are managed, within a defined budget, to deliver safe and efficient health care.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a nursing team within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use a variety of computer applications
- High level leadership using contemporary change management methodologies and an understanding of current issues impacting on the nursing profession.
- Current drivers license with the ability to travel for work purposes
