NSLHD – Clinical Change Manager

1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health / health sciences, ICT or management or equivalent demonstrated extensive health industry experience.
3. Extensive experience and a record of achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex health service environment. This includes expert knowledge of health processes and demonstrated experience in implementing large clinical programs.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare project documentation, analyse, interpret policies, procedures and standards, give presentations and liaise effectively at all levels.
5. Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills particularly in the area of managing multiple tasks/conflicting priorities and multi-disciplinary issues to meet deadlines.
6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyse client requirements.
7. Availability and ability to work outside normal working hours when required, including on-call support.
