Selection Criteria

  1. Well developed organisational skills and demonstrated understanding and commitment to Health system priorities.
  2. Effective communication and personal skills, including the ability to liaise with senior management in both government and non-government organisations.
  3. Proven experience and understanding of financial processes including audited Financial Statements and other budget acquittals.
  4. Demonstrated core competency skills in Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel MS Word, MS Access, and other health information systems to monitor approved NGO budgets, database management, financial spreadsheets and reports.
  5. Proven experience in quality improvement and service accreditation processes.
  6. Demonstrated experience in conducting forums/meetings, including the formation of appropriate agenda.
  7. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to exercise independent judgement on routine matters, commensurate with years of experience.
  8. Current NSW Drivers licence.
