NNSWLHD Web Senior Analyst - Lismore

1. Demonstrated experience in the establishment, administration, maintenance and support, (including management and utilisation reporting), of Active Directory secured Microsoft SharePoint site collections, top level sites, sub sites, end enterprise search
2. Demonstrated ability to develop innovative collaboration, workflow and knowledge management solutions integrating Microsoft SharePoint with SOE applications (such as Microsoft Office) using SharePoint Designer and/or Microsoft Visual Studio.
3. Demonstrated experience to maintain and update web-based content for Wordpress platform in creating and editing posts, pages, subsites, menus and widgets as well as working with HTML, Javascript and CSS.
4. Demonstrated ability to work within corporate guidelines and styling policies to add and maintain image and video content using graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite applications.
5. Demonstrated ability to write operational technical specifications and end user documentation and training using demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills allowing effective work with both technical and non-technical personnel
6. Demonstrated help-desk experience with high-level problem solving, systems analysis and organisational skills in the provision of end-user support and maintaining accurate helpdesk ticket data.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise conflicting workloads, while working effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
8. Capacity and willingness, including current driver’s license valid in NSW, to travel to facilities within the Northern NSW local health district, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
