Neuropsychologist
Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Master Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology or some other recognised clinical area in psychology that is deemed equivalent by the employer. Postgraduate qualifications must be of no less than two years full time duration (or part time equivalent).
Registration: Full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA). AHPRA endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist or working towards the same.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in neuropsychologist assessment, intervention and evaluation of clinical outcomes within a mental health and / or aged care is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience to work independently in the provision of patient / consumer focused care.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the service goals and improve patient / consumer care and outcomes.
- Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt the communication style to suite the target audience.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and an understanding of the issues that impact on delivery in relation to the field of psychological practice.
- Current Drivers License valid within Australia
