Selection Criteria
  1. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated health management experience, and knowledge of the brain injury network.
  2. Demonstrated experience and attention to detail in project management to lead a diverse service within policies, working with diverse stakeholder in the implementation of local and statewide projects, frameworks and/or initiatives
  3. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately as well as an advanced understanding of data quality and the ability to use data in problem resolution.
  4. A proven capacity to manage and support multidisciplinary teams, communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.
  5. Collaborative and open communication style demonstrating high level reporting and negotiation skills across all stakeholder groups, and the capacity to work cooperatively and effectively with consumers, families, managers and clinicians across various partner areas to engender enthusiasm and the pursuit of common goals
  6. Proficiency in IT applications and experience in data analysis and application would be an advantage
  7. High level system wide knowledge of contemporary issues, challenges and directions of the NSW health system to improve health outcomes.

This position is a permanent position and requires full working rights in Australia (e.g. Australian citizenship/ permanent resident).  If you currently hold a temporary visa that allows you to live and work in Australia, you may be eligible for employment opportunities in line with the conditions of your visa.
