Selection criteria to be addressed:

  1. Tertiary or Trade qualification and/or extensive relevant experience in a management role in a executive support unit, facility maintenance and/or building construction industry or similar environment.
  2. Knowledge, understanding and proven abilities relating planned and corrective maintenance procedures in accordance with technical and legislative requirements.
  3. Proven skills in maintenance analysis and building/engineering project supervision.
  4. Demonstrated, well developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  5. Demonstrated, well developed skills in project planning, time management and managing competing priorities.
  6. Computer literacy and an understanding of computerised building and maintenance management systems, computer aided drafting and project management systems.
