NDIS Transition Manager

Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health profession or social sciences and/or proven work experience in the area.
-
Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation and communication skills with senior personnel.

Previous service planning, managerial experience and leadership responsibilities
-
Previous project management experience and experience in supporting change management processes, with the ability to develop, monitor and reach predicted outcomes to strategic and business plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and highly developed and effective management skills.

Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and a demonstrated understanding of the range of LHD and disability support services provided to individuals 0-17 years old.

High level computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and the ability to develop competency in the use of SCHN databases.

Current valid NSW class C drivers Licence
