Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in social science, health or related field
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in planning, implementing and evaluating health improvement initiatives
- Sound knowledge of health and social issues affecting CALD communities
- Understanding of evidence-based health promotion
- Demonstrated consultative and negotiation skills and ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders such as other staff, government, non-government and community organisations
- Effective organisational skills, computer skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skills in English and preferably a community language/s
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
