Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
To be successful in this position, you will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive demonstrated experience working in a monitoring and benefits environment within complex clinical programs.
- Strong experience with organisational change management, business process analysis, redesign and gathering of health information within the healthcare sector.
- Experience in the evaluation of health programs and measurement of benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiatives, prioritise and deliver solutions in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience motivating and influencing stakeholders (communication, facilitating workshops, presentation, consultation/influencing and negotiation).
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams with diverse capabilities, mentoring staff and supporting ongoing development and improvements in a team.
