- A tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in a health related area and demonstrated successful experience in project management.
- Demonstrated experience in project design, management, evaluation and report writing and proven ability to deliver and successfully implement project outcomes.
- Proven knowledge of recovery and the needs of mental health consumers.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal consultation and negotiation skills in order to effectively develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external service providers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a creative way in order to deliver solutions and outcomes that meet project aims and objectives within allocated time frames.
- Demonstrated high level written communication and oral presentation skills, and the capacity to deliver high quality reports.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement principles and processes, and experience in implementing quality improvement projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
