  1. A tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in a health related area and demonstrated successful experience in project management.
  2. Demonstrated experience in project design, management, evaluation and report writing and proven ability to deliver and successfully implement project outcomes.
  3. Proven knowledge of recovery and the needs of mental health consumers.
  4. Demonstrated high level interpersonal consultation and negotiation skills in order to effectively develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external service providers.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a creative way in order to deliver solutions and outcomes that meet project aims and objectives within allocated time frames.
  6. Demonstrated high level written communication and oral presentation skills, and the capacity to deliver high quality reports.
  7. Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement principles and processes, and experience in implementing quality improvement projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  8. Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
