- Personal lived experience of a mental illness and willingness to disclose such.
- Certificate IV in Peer Work (or working towards).
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Recent experience as a peer worker in Mental Health Community and or inpatient setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to the incorporation of Mental Health Recovery principles into day to day practice.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and health applications.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (Class C - unrestricted).
