Mental Health Drug and Alcohol Educational Consultant

• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for membership of AASW and relevant post registration education qualifications, or qualifications deemed equivalent; demonstrated clinical experience in MHDA including education experience within a MHDA context
• Demonstrated leadership skills including effective interpersonal skills, communication, relationship and team building, negotiation and conflict resolution, and the ability to promote change in a positive way through education.
• Demonstrated educational capability, with experience and commitment to developing and influencing both clinical and leadership development and a positive workplace culture through the implementation and evaluation of professional development frameworks and programs
• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to research and write reports and other business documents
• Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to use appropriate computer applications such as Microsoft Office, ClinConnect and My Health Learning
• Recognised skills and expertise in workplace training, with demonstrated experience in assessment skills and feedback , group presentation and facilitation skills and skills and a commitment to coaching, mentoring and educating staff who support learners
• Full drivers licence and willingness to travel across the LHD
