Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Clinical Development Education Consultant

• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for membership of AASW.
• Relevant post registration clinical or education qualifications, or qualifications deemed equivalent; demonstrated current skills and experience in MHDA.
• Demonstrated educational capability, with experience and commitment to influencing both clinical and leadership development and a positive workplace culture through the design , implementation and evaluation of educational frameworks and programs.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including effective interpersonal skills, communication, relationship and team building , negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to research and write reports and other business documents. Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to use appropriate computer applications such as Microsoft Office, ClinConnect and My Health Learning.
• Demonstrated ability to embrace and promote change in a positive way through the delivery of education with highly developed group and facilitation skills.
• Hold Current Driver's license.
