Selection Criteria
- Professional qualification in either Social Work (eligible for membership of AASW), Occupational Therapy with Current registration with AHPRA, Registered Nurse with Current registration with AHPRA including relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification; Psychologist with Current registration with AHPRA.
- Awareness and understanding of the current issues affecting mental health consumers and their carers.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in community development and community education.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in partnership with local services.
- Demonstrated experience in service or interagency project co-ordination.
- Experience working in a mental health setting and demonstrated commitment to consumer participation and a recovery focus
- Current class C driver’s licence
