Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated significant experience working in clinical environments as a health practitioner
- Demonstrated experience of pharmacoeconomics, financial management and contract management
- Experience in critical literature evaluation, drug utilisation evaluation, change management, research and quality assurance activities
- Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain with demonstrated experience in implementing, maintaining and improving systems that support them
- Demonstrated Strong consultation, negotiation & influencing skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to analyse and solve complex challenges / problems, including option appraisals
