  2. A bachelor or post graduate degree in Pharmacy with eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA). Recent, extensive and varied post graduate clinical experience as a Hospital Pharmacist (minimum 3 years)
  3. Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills, consultation, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, consensus building and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated sound computer literacy and ability to confidently use health information systems.
  4. Demonstrated innovative and strategic thinking in order to solve complex problems related to medication safety
  5. Extensive experience and knowledge of medicines governance and medication management systems, including legislation, NSW public hospital systems, NSW Health policies, National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and applicable other standards/guides.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully use initiative and problem-solving skills
  7. Sound project management experience and proven abilities in change management and continuous improvement for large, complex and developed organisations that resulted in significant improvements
  8. Current NSW Driver’s Licence
