Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or relevant equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of the processes of roster and administration, and remuneration processes and practices with the ability to interpret employment conditions.
- Demonstrated effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer services.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to managing leave and payroll queries.
- High level skills with MS suite of software and HealthRoster or similar computerised rostering system
- Ability to work independently as a member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment
