How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
  1. Demonstrated experience in overseeing effective change in a health service, including industrial, operational commissioning, communications, risk management.
  2. Highly developed negotiation consultation and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders and objectivity in decision-making.
  3. Project management experience delivering outcomes on time and within budget
  4. Health clinician with extensive clinical and senior management experience.
  5. Demonstrated experience in policy, planning and /or service development, including analysis and resolution of complex issues.
  6. High-level knowledge of inter-relationship between models of care, facility options and departmental operational policies and procedures.
  7. Experience and/or knowledge of ‘Clinical Redesign or AIM Methodology’ for change management as recommended by NSW Ministry of Health
  8. Well-developed written and oral communications skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the project team, district management and key stakeholders. Some after-hours consultations and travel may be required.
