Selection Criteria:

  1. A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Proven experience in the management of clinical redesign project/s and achievement of key deliverables.
  3. High level skills in conceptual and systems thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches.
  4. Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and package complex information rapidly and accurately using verbal and written communications.
  5. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to engage with a multidisciplinary team and confidence in negotiation at all levels of the organisation.
  7. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
