Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent and extensive experience in senior workforce functions in a large and complex organisation.
- Extensive analytical and problem solving skills, including experience in effectively resolving workplace issues, disputes and grievances.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and verbal communication skills, including making representations in industrial tribunals.
- Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Experience in quality management practices as they relate to the workforce function.
