The ideal candidate will have....

 

Previous experience in a similar role with strong communication, negotiating, influencing and  motivating skills.

 

Well-developed people management skills.

 

High level proficiency in workforce planning and strategy development including analysis and problem solving skills to identify and analyse current and future workforce needs.
