This includes relevant qualifications or experience; knowledge and experience in related disciplines.
  3. Demonstrated experience leading and developing the capability of a team, and coaching and advising managers, whilst always fostering a performance based and person/patient focused constructive culture.
  4. Strong influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging key stakeholders and employees to achieve optimal business performance and outcomes.
  5. Highly developed organisational skills and experience working in a complex professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, meet deadlines and multi-task to achieve business goals and expectations.
  6. Superior analytical and communication skills and attention to detail, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis, briefs and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  7. Demonstrated capability in all aspects of change and project management, including leading multiple and concurrent projects and teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing strategic initiatives.
  8. Sound knowledge of, and practical experience with, the structure and processes of government, including an understanding of the healthcare system, policies and processes in relation to this portfolio.
