Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary or higher qualifications in health or public sector management or equivalent senior industry experience along with extensive experience of working with vulnerable communities.
- Proven capacity to provide vision and leadership to assist services or organisations to respond the health needs of the vulnerable communities.
- Proven experience in operational and strategic management in complex organisations including managing staff and administrative processes.
- Demonstrated experience with the development, implementation and evaluation of health policies, plans, programs, and service improvement initiatives in accordance within relevant legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating and managing change management processes and service capacity building.
- Proven organisational, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and experience in managing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and target populations.
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
