​​​​​​​Selection Criteria: 

  1. Relevant tertiary or higher qualifications in health or public sector management or equivalent senior industry experience along with extensive experience of working with vulnerable communities.
  2. Proven capacity to provide vision and leadership to assist services or organisations to respond the health needs of the vulnerable communities.
  3. Proven experience in operational and strategic management in complex organisations including managing staff and administrative processes.
  4. Demonstrated experience with the development, implementation and evaluation of health policies, plans, programs, and service improvement initiatives in accordance within relevant legislative requirements.
  5. Demonstrated experience in facilitating and managing change management processes and service capacity building.
  6. Proven organisational, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and experience in managing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships.
  7. Proven ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and target populations.
  8. Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
