  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Business, other relevant field and / or extensive professional experience in human resources management at a senior level in a large diverse service industry organisation.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, motivate and manage a professional Workforce Services team in the provision of the full range of Workforce services across a multi-site business environment comprising diverse occupational streams to achieve corporate goals.
  4. Experience in developing and managing the implementation of workforce plans with stakeholder groups, including service reviews, restructures or similar change management processes.
  5. Extensive experience in providing expert technical and specialised strategic Workforce/Employee Relations advice and consultancy services at a senior level in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  6. Well-developed analytical skills and problem solving skills that enable sound decision making, timely responses, creative resolution based approaches and the development of sound policies and /or strategies to address issues.
  7. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, liaise, advise and negotiate with key stakeholders including management, staff, industrial organisations, other industry bodies and external agencies. Computer literacy appropriate to the level and responsibilities of the position.
  8. Well-developed knowledge in preparing matters for Tribunals dealing with employment related issues.
