Manager of Application Support

- Relevant qualifications in Health Management or equivalent experience including demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows and practices.
- Extensive experience in management of one or more clinical information system applications, including the provision of ongoing support.
- Project management experience, delivering effective outcomes within identified resources.
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills including the development of clear and succinct communiques, manuals, procedures, policies and briefs in language appropriate to the end user.
- Experience leading the provision of quality services to a range of customers and the ability to resolve complex customer issues and needs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads accurately, meet deadlines and competently manage the demands of a complex and diverse team.
- Leadership skills including excellent communication and the ability to effectively engage a team towards their operational purpose.
- Licence to drive in NSW and ability to travel for work as required.
