What capabilities do you bring to the Manager – Media role?

Please provide an example of your ability to provide high quality, strategic media advice to multiple senior stakeholders, regarding complex and highly scrutinised subject matter.

Detail your experience in managing and leading a specialised media team in a high volume work environment. Which strategies did you use to create a high performing team, where staff achieved individual goals, and team targets were met with a high degree of client satisfaction.
