Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated behavioural and leadership capacity and capability that align with the vision and values of our organisation.
  3. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills necessary to build constructive collaborative relationships.
  4. Experience effectively managing and developing individuals and teams; developing capability and capacity for current priorities and flexibility to adapt to future needs.
  5. Experience successfully planning, designing, delivering and evaluating development programs for a diverse workforce in a complex environment.
  6. Evidence of a current, unrestricted class C driver’s licence. Ability and willingness to travel for work purposes. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays as required.

Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases 
This is a Category ‘A’ position, please read and understand NSW Health policy directive PD2020_017.  All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy.

OASV requirements also include proof of vaccination against influenza and is compulsory for NSW Staff that enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or who work in NSW Health owned and operated RACFs
 

All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
