• Describe your previous experience in project management and/or administrative support services to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, in budget to standard and within an agreed scope. Include your experience in the preparation of detailed project documentation and plans, preparing project scopes, briefs, discussion papers and other associated project governance requirements.
• Describe a situation where you developed an innovative solution to a challenge your team was facing? What was the challenge? What was the outcome?
• This role requires managing relationships with various stakeholders across the health system. Describe a project, program or similar service where have been required to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders? What strategies did you utilise to understand the key stakeholders and engage them in the project or program?

You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.

Only candidates with current Australian work rights (Australian citizens, permanent residents, valid work visa) will be considered.
