Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications with current AHPRA registration, and significant clinical experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience leading, and developing the capability of, a team whilst always fostering a performance based customer focused work culture.
  3. Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with c a customer focused approach.
  4. Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, medication and problem solving skills, to build and maintain working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  5. Proven capacity to contribute to, and promote, strategic initiatives including the capacity to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
  6. Current licence to drive in NSW
