Manager, Clinical Cost Data Collection and Standards, Activity Based Management
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Experienced costing practitioner with high level knowledge of activity based management, activity based costing and activity based funding principles and practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of health data systems used in NSW, particularly those relating to patient care and costing, with an ability to analyse data to guide policy development.
- Knowledge of financial management principles, structures, processes and practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Health and Commonwealth funding models and the NSW health system.
- Experience in managing complex organisational change and implementing continuous improvement.
- Inspiring leader able to manage and grow staff capabilities and who role models core values.
- Highly developed stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex and sensitive issues to stakeholders at varying levels.
