Criteria
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Welfare or Social Science or relevant degree, providing eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AHPRA Registered) with the knowledge, skills and experience to meet the requirements of the NSW Health Professionals Award Level 2.
- Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Extensive specialist or broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence based practice.
- Demonstrated ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision.
- Unrestricted License to drive in NSW.
