To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.


  1. Demonstrated communication skills including well developed verbal and writing skills, interpersonal and liaison skills, as well as the ability to problem solve.
  2. Proven proficiency in using PC based software including Microsoft Office suite, network based applications and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Demonstrated customer service experience.
  4. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise.
  5. Demonstrated experience maintaining documentation and filing.
  6. Ability to work a 24/7 roster.
  7. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
