Level 4 Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

Selection Criteria

1. Current Physiotherapy Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Extensive experience and skills in leadership and management of a clinical patient-centred service.
3. Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and a collaborative and safe working environment.
4. Extensive post graduate clinical experience in the clinical specialty area or high level of broad generalist knowledge and demonstrated understanding of the application of evidence based practice to physiotherapy models of care.
5. Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and a commitment to improve care and the consumer experience through implementing clinical practice improvement.
6. Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills including negotiation, delegation, organisation and proficient and extensive use of health based technology.
7. Commitment to and evidence of implementing ISLHD CORE values.
8. Current Class C Driver's License or equivalent.
