Selection Criteria:
- Meets relevant tertiary qualifications. For Occupational Therapists: Current registration with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia within AHPRA
- Post-graduate Hand Therapy experience
- Post-graduate experience in casting and orthosis fabrication
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilise a range of written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical improvement activities
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
