  1. Give an example of a written advice you have completed in order to recommend a course of action in a complex or contentious legal matter. Describe how your recommendation addressed relevant legal and non-legal risks and issues?  The example might be in commercial law, litigation or another relevant area of law.
  2. Using a specific example, describe an occasion when you were able to develop a different problem-solving approach and what the result was.  What do you think you learned from the experience?
