Selection criteria:

1.  1. Experience in data management preferable in an environment managing leasing documentation and knowledge of the AASB16 Accounting Standard.

2.  2. Proven effectiveness leading a small team, developing capabilities of staff whist fostering a performance based and customer focused work culture.

33 3. Proven influencing, collaboration and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders.

4.  4. Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare and present analysis and reports, to achieve business focused solutions.
