Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and behaviours that reinforce the CORE values of NSW Health when interacting with stakeholders, colleagues, and members of the public;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent education qualification;
- Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs based on adult learning principles, to meet identified organisational need at strategic and service levels;
- Demonstrated experience working with learning management systems;
- Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills, provision of expert advice and recommendations relevant to large and complex organisations;
- Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet conflicting deadlines and multiple projects;
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills and ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders within a large and complex organisation;
- Current drivers licence (this position involves some travel within South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and District HETI).
