  1. Practical experience in OneGov, SIEBEL and IPTAAS-TRACS systems used in Enable NSW, MS Office, system testing of IT applications, IT applications administrative tasks in a large diverse service industry organisation and/or relevant qualifications or equivalent.
  2. Sound problem-solving skills and forward thinking approach including the ability to analyse and interpret information, use strong verbal and written communication to prepare correspondence/reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  3. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  4. Proven engagement, collaboration and customer service skills with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated experience in logging and following the issues and defects with IT support teams and the ability to read and understand reports in CVS and Excel formats.
  6. Demonstrated ability to efficiently undertake Administrative duties such as documents creation and maintenance and distribution of training and applications specific documents.
