- Detailed Knowledge of End User device hardware and installation
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical support in the health services or a related field for a minimum of twelve months.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Technologies in a TCP/IP network environment.
- Demonstrated experience in accurate data entry in enterprise scale record systems.
- A current driver's licence
