​​​​​​​Selection Criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health discipline or health management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in person-centred and integrated care at both the service delivery and systems levels.
  3. Demonstrated experience in project planning, implementation and evaluation at strategic and service levels.
  4. Demonstrated skills in managing a number of projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high volume work environment.
  5. Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  6. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation.
  7. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, clinicians, consumers, carers and other key internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Current Class “C” NSW drivers licence with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
