- Tertiary qualifications in Health Service Management or in a health-related discipline including public/population health, demonstrated equivalent, relevant professional experience and training or a combination of study and work experience.
- Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated experience in forging, empowering and maintaining partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of project management.
- Excellent understanding of contemporary issues and advances in integrated health service design, delivery and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience in applying the principles and practices of co-design and improvement science in program design, implementation and evaluation.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills, with proven experience in facilitation and presentation
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills and experience, including the ability to make complex judgements and work innovatively in delivering high quality products and outcomes.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence and a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
