  1. Tertiary qualifications in Health Service Management or in a health-related discipline including public/population health, demonstrated equivalent, relevant professional experience and training or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated experience in forging, empowering and maintaining partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
  3. Extensive experience in all aspects of project management.
  4. Excellent understanding of contemporary issues and advances in integrated health service design, delivery and evaluation.
  5. Demonstrated experience in applying the principles and practices of co-design and improvement science in program design, implementation and evaluation.
  6. Demonstrated high level communication skills, with proven experience in facilitation and presentation
  7. Demonstrated strategic planning skills and experience, including the ability to make complex judgements and work innovatively in delivering high quality products and outcomes.
  8. Current NSW Driver’s Licence and a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
