Integrated Care Clinical Nurse Consultant

Essential Criteria:

Checks: National Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
Qualification: Registered Nurse
Registration: Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse

Selection Criteria:

1. Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

2. A Registered Nurse who has at least 5 years fulltime equivalent post registration experience

3. Approved post registration nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the field of respiratory

4. Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills

5. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Demonstrated experience in the collaborative development and implementation of strategic and operational plans that are outcome focussed, identify short and long-term priorities and are delivered within required time frames

7. Experience or working knowledge of Information technology systems, including GP clinical software applications, CERNER, CHIME and IPM.

8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia.
