  1. A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience in the application of information, communication and technologies in large and complex health facilities.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary ICT and trends to inform the design and implementation of a digital hospital.
  3. Demonstrated experience in leading a technical team in delivering complex projects within time, scope and budget.
  4. Effective organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, with experience effectively managing competing demands to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.
  5. Experience in managing and supporting a broad range of information, communications and technology systems and operating as part of a multidisciplinary team to ICT systems are maintained and operational to support business functions.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively motivate engagement with potential solutions.
  7. Knowledge of project management methodology and computer systems and proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  8. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and to confidently achieve high quality outcomes while adhering to government policies and organisational practices within a structured delivery framework.
