Information Technology Lead - Campbelltown Hospital - Perm FT

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience in the application of information, communication and technologies in large and complex health facilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary ICT and trends to inform the design and implementation of a digital hospital.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a technical team in delivering complex projects within time, scope and budget.
- Effective organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, with experience effectively managing competing demands to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing and supporting a broad range of information, communications and technology systems and operating as part of a multidisciplinary team to ICT systems are maintained and operational to support business functions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively motivate engagement with potential solutions.
- Knowledge of project management methodology and computer systems and proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and to confidently achieve high quality outcomes while adhering to government policies and organisational practices within a structured delivery framework.
