To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Experience in the information technology industry with a demonstrated ability in the area of technical support.
  2. Proven achievement and track record in a highly customer focused role.
  3. Good problem solving skills - ability to identify a cause of computer related problems and see problems through to full resolution and develop solutions to meet clients' needs.
  4. Good verbal, writing, communications and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong customer oriented approach in the provision of PC support to meet clients' needs in a timely manner by introducing newly available solutions.
  6. Extensive working knowledge and experience in computer hardware and software, Windows 10 Enterprise, MS Office 2013, database support and computer peripherals.
  7. Excellent working knowledge of Android / IOS smart devices.
  8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
