ICT Security Manager (HM3) - PFT

1. Demonstrate extensive experience and a record of achievement in the cybersecurity/information security operations, management and delivery of services within a complex environment, including relevant qualifications or the equivalent experience. This includes extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day cybersecurity/information security operations and technologies.
2. Show well-developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
3. Prove well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
4. Substantiate capacity to develop and promote strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage, inspire change, improve performance and manage successful projects.
5. Evidence extensive experience in project management practises in a complex/diverse organisation.
6. Display strong knowledge and practical experience in working with project management methodologies and tools, including the ability to scope, plan, resource and monitor project outcomes.
7. Exhibit strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
8. Demonstrate organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
