Human Resources Officer
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a relevant field, and/or equivalent work experience ideally within a Public Sector or Healthcare setting
- Sound and practical understanding of contemporary workforce and organisational management issues within the health sector.
- Excellent negotiation, decision making and conflict resolution skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
- Experience in the provision of management support and/or interventions in matters relating to staff misconduct and discipline, performance improvement, and grievances.
- High level and demonstrated sound organisational, analytical and complex problem solving skills with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, deliver quality outcomes and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel in accordance with position responsibilities.
