  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Health Care Discipline and/or relevant clinical experience and/or professional experience in staff management in a relevant organisation
  2. Demonstrated extensive experience in assessing and managing workplace matters, including well developed interviewing, analytical and report writing skills
  3. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation, interviewing and negotiation skills necessary to gather and share information and build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  4. High level conceptual planning, analytical and report writing skills and the ability to apply these to achieve objectives within defined timeframes and with competing priorities
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory bodies, legislation, policies, procedures and practices relevant to the position
  6. Demonstrated experience in objective decision making and maintaining confidentiality
  7. Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment
