To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or associated field or extensive work experience.
2. Proven ability to build, develop and maintain strong effective working relationships with senior management, employees and other key stakeholders.
3. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer service approach.
4. Broad knowledge and experience of contemporary human resources practices including the ability to review, analyse and interpret industrial legislation and awards and to assist in developing relevant systems and processes.
5. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities across portfolios.
6. Demonstrated computer proficiency with HRIS, recruitment, learning management systems, rostering and other HR technologies and Microsoft Office applications.
7. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and maintain strict confidentiality.
