  1. Demonstrated experience working in a human resource, workforce and/or recruitment environment with formal qualifications deemed appropriate by the employer, or working towards formal qualifications, or a combination of work and study.
  2. Proven communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, in a variety of forums, with well developed listening and questioning skills and capacity to develop effective relationships within teams and customers.
  3. Evidence as a team player with the capacity to be flexible and motivated with the ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands.
  4. Experience in managing several competing priorities, tasks and working to tight deadlines.
  5. Demonstrated high level computer literacy/keyboarding skills, using Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manipulate data into reports and spread sheets and maintenance of electronic records management systems.
  6. Excellent organisational and problem solving skills especially in relation to obtaining information and resources. Demonstrated capacity to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  7. High level of attention to detail with the ability to use initiative and sound judgement
  8. Current unencumbered Class C NSW drivers license with exemplary driving record. (Recent RTA infringement record print out required)
